Listen, we all have strengthens and weaknesses that we carry around with us on a daily basis. Sometimes we’re not even aware of it until someone discovers it through some, inadvertent scenario. You’d be surprised to know and learn more about yourself through inadvertent scenarios, or even someone forcing you out of your comfort zone. One on one conversations isn’t always the easiest. So I guess you can say this is why you hear a lot of people tell you that they prefer written communications with someone as opposed to speaking in person; direct communication can be quite uncomfortable and intimidating because you’re so heavily focused on landing that first impression on someone.

I can tell you from experience that I do not speak the same way that I write. I may sound very intellectual online, but that’s only because I’m naturally a good writer and I had to think about what to say, what words to use, and how I’m going to convey my messages to you guys. IRL, if you and I were to bump into each other at a coffee shop or something, then my conversations with you would be different. I’m one of those guys who doesn’t quickly come up with things to say off the top of his head in person. I’m also not someone who can carry on an interesting conversation for hours (in person). You can probably expect to hear the dreaded ums, uhhs, you knows, and perhaps the likes because I’m guilty of using filler words to complete my sentences. It’s a bad habit that I’m learning to grow out of.

You should also know that I’m not very good at explaining stuff to people in person. Online, there’s all sorts of sources that I can do my research on and take advantage of to help me explain something. But in person, if you lack communication skills then you’re going to have a difficult time retrieving information from your long-term memory because you’re feeling so pressured and anxious not to say the wrong thing or stutter. This is also the reason why people prefer to be introverts rather than hanging around their peers every weekend.

You understand how communication works, and you’re smart enough to have an articulate conversation with someone. But when the time comes to meet them during a job interview, a first date, or even just hanging out somewhere, then you freeze up. Why? Because you’re not used to being sociable, your anxiety kicks into high gear, and you’re far too concerned with what they think of you and how you come across to them. This paints the negative notion in your mind telling you that you’re not good enough.

You could easily sit there and think about how you’re going to explain something to me online through social media. But IRL, don’t let me find out that the way you write online doesn’t align with the way you speak to others in person. You see what I’m saying? So at the end of the day, it’s so convenient to glue our asses to that chair behind a computer desk and chat all day long, but then once we meet in person, it’s a totally different tone. With some of us, conversations may not exactly be delivered to one another in the same way as communicating with each other online.

  RWJ STORIES ?✍️
Posted by: Different - 4th August 2025, 9:33 AM - Forum: Discussion Hall - Replies (2)

If you guys ever get bored and want to listen to some great stories, then I invite you to watch and just listen to the YouTube video, below. The guy’s name is Ray William Johnson and he tells some pretty wacky and insane stories about how these deranged people do some pretty insane stuff to accomplish something. He’s not telling stories that are fictional; these stories can all be validated by a credible source.

Check out this sample, below. This one is pretty wacky. Personally, if a girl kept stalking me and sending me 65K TEXT MESSAGES (even after I’ve told them 18 months ago that I’m not interested in them) then I would either move to another state and change my name if I have to, or get a restraining order on her sorry ass. That is, if every other strategy didn’t work to keep her away. Also, the death threats are just insane. Now just imagine if the roles were reversed and a man had did all this shit to a woman. His ass would still be in jail by now. It’s amazing how the law works in favor of the woman over a man.

10 Years Since JV1 Went Offline
Posted by: Camer the Dragon - 31st July 2025, 6:52 AM - Forum: Blogs - Replies (7)

It's been just over 10 years since JV1 abruptly went offline forever
What are your memories/thoughts of what happened from the initial finding it that it was offline, to it being offline for days, and then forever?

I remember hoping it'd come back and regretting that I had no other form of contact with people on there. Roughly 3 weeks later I remembered there was a JV subreddit and found Acid Forums via that, now another dead forum! (Most people who were active on Acid Forums that I talked to I stlll do have contact with though.) I then found JV2 via YouTube in 2019 via the bls Motley Monday vids, I found them because I saw bls comment on the Broken Jiggmin Games Gameplay vid from TumTum (which I rewatch sometimes because I find it funny) and I remembered bls from JV, so I subbed and a couple of weeks later, Motley Monday 12 came out which was a big one and I went to JV2 and PR2 again from that.

  Feels good to be back
Posted by: Valflame - 23rd July 2025, 1:56 PM - Forum: Welcoming Gates - Replies (2)

Hey JV,

I had the urge to see if this community was still around after a really good internet friend I met on PR2 wayyyyyy back when (Like 2009?) reached out to me for the first time in a while.  I'm so happy to see this place is still around in some form after so long.  If anyone recognizes me, I used to go by yoshi41023 on PR2 and PR3, and I promise I'm not the cringey kid I probably used to be  Embarrassed .  While I'll still wear that alias happy in PR2 I mostly just go by Val these days to most of my friends and communities I frequent.  I have a lot of great memories from playing Jiggmin games as a kid and I'm so glad to be back here.  Thank you guys for preserving this forum and the games from my childhood.

  PR2 comeback
Posted by: hmud - 10th July 2025, 10:33 AM - Forum: Bugs and Suggestions - Replies (4)

I think it's better to have something motivational for the players who haven't been online (Didn't play the game for while) and returned to it even if it's login without playing, because when they see this stimulation as an exp gift maybe 25 Exp or examples ( a temporary privilege or change the color of the name for the player for a period maybe for one week or more) this will make many old players return to the game and be active. And also adding levels consisting of 9 challenging levels that changes every week for each level when the player wins the player get 5-10k Exp, but the player must be Rank 30+ Smile  Fred

  DESSERTS ?????

WARNING:

When’s the last time you stopped by your favorite bakery store and bought yourself a delicious, HOMEMADE PEACH COBBLER PIE with 2 ravishing scoops of vanilla ice cream to eat, huh? Or what about the time when someone (who can really cook and bake their ass off) made you a delicious, scrumptious, STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE with whipped cream and red strawberry juice just drizzling and dripping down the sides of the cake? The deliciousness of the sweet temptation to sink your teeth into a BOSTON CREAM PIE CAKE with a very sexy chocolate ganache is both rewarding and satisfying. Or what about putting your molars through an intense workout with some divine, scrumptiously irresistible, PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA MUFFINS?

You know your lactose intolerance just got thrown out the window when you sucked the living hell out of a frozen dairy, STRAWBERRY RIPPLE MONSTER SHAKE. Or what about a dazzling, CHOCOLATE-VANILLA OREO-DONUT PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM SANDWICH MONSTER MILKSHAKE topped out with whipped cream on top? It’s really a delicious trap if you think about it because it’s like our taste buds sends signals to our brain telling us that this stuff is really good to eat. Then once that happens, we just ignore how many thousands of calories it is and eat it anyway. This is why so many people are fat, have cavities, and are diabetics. It’s that damn sugar that gives us the adrenaline rush to devour more desserts. But who gives a shit because we’re living for the moment! Stop ignoring your inner child and put a spanking on those molars and taste buds!

You’ve been working too damn hard not to reward yourself with a delectable, exquisite, jaw-dropping brownie cheesecake baked by the gods (set to perfection) just to satisfy you. For all you obsessed brownie lovers out there, you know what it’s like to orgasm over the taste of a devilishly handsome brownie with all the fixings topped off to make you empty out your wallets, bone-dry, while you could care less about your weight. Supermarkets need to make money off your ass. Just be a kid at the candy store for once and go try this stuff. You can always brush and floss your molars later.

It takes a tremendous amount of discipline to the highest degree to turn something like this down. So why fight it? Eat it in moderation, you’ll be alright. All that ooey-gooey golden icing just melting and dripping down those soft, sweet rolls baked to perfection. It just takes you down a trip to paradise melting in your mouth when you get to sink your molars into a cinnamon farm producing homemade perfection just the way you like it! It’s so damn, indescribably good that it’ll give you an orgasm. Just try one, it won’t hurt your diet. You really can’t escape this stuff, which is why cheat days exist because nobody is that disciplined. Anyone who says they are is just lying to impress you.

Billboards, YouTube advertisements, website advertisements, TV commercials; they’re everywhere! They beat the same subliminal messages into your subconscious mind to get you to buy this stuff! Or what about using reverse psychology (which goes against you not wanting sweets) to manipulate you to buy them anyway? There’s all kinds of deception and trickery to get you to buy something. Once you buy it and try it, the dopamine and serotonin neurotransmitters activates in your brain making you develop a strong desire to want more, eventually. But you know what… we accept it as normal because of the smooth marketing, tastiness, and aesthetic appeal. This is why people develop guilty pleasures, btw.

If you ever run into somebody who can really bake and cook their ass off, then it becomes exceedingly challenging to resist another bite because it’s a 5 star meal that you just can’t refuse! Just imagine getting invited to a family get-together and all the food (including desserts) just happens to be incredibly delicious. Everyone else is eating desserts but you. Sure, be the odd one out and watch your weight or something. But then there’s that reverse psychology again when someone really clever ends up getting you to eat it anyway. But why fight it, man?! It’s too delicious to even debate about it in the first place.

If you ever get into a relationship with someone who can cook their ass off, then you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. Your hot girlfriend/wife is constantly surrounding you with all these desserts to eat (even though she’s still in shape) when you get home from work. Are you really going to hurt her feelings and turn it all down, especially when it’s your favorite?? It’s tough!

Don’t sit here and lie to me and say that you don’t have cheat days, pal. Someone or something will eventually make you crack at some point because no one is bullet proof towards desserts; no one! That 2,000lb gorilla is always riding your back applying pressure to get you to eat a slice of pie, a piece of cake, a cookie or something! It won’t kill you to try just one, mate. Sooner or later that gorilla is going to crush you and throw your back out because the devil will always try to drive you mentally insane with all these commercials, ads, and dreams of eating desserts. Prove me wrong. Tell me you’re better than that. How disciplined are you enough to not let that gorilla incident happen? Before you do, please have a look at these 100 different recipes below the sources.

You want more? Here you go! We can keep this up all day long, I don’t give a damn. I mean, why wouldn’t you want to experience the ooey-gooey, triple chocolate icing deluxe while sinking your teeth into some Oreo cookies sitting on top of a heavenly, 2-layer cake filled with vanilla and chocolate dreams? Just the thought of crunching down on the chocolate crumbles filled with joy will make you want to reminisce on the simpler things in life. Or how about a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream to match the exquisiteness of it all? If you’ve survived by this point, then you my friend have earned yourself a golden medal. But if not, then go and treat yourself to something nice! I got the hook ups below the sources, just for you!

Follow Up Event after Duck Season
Posted by: Overbeing - 1st July 2025, 2:58 PM - Forum: Platform Racing 2 - Replies (7)

Having an annual or semiannual event for the community seems like a great way to bring semi active players back and interacting at the same time. Holiday dash and duck season speed run contest both did a good job of doing that, but having set times when things like that happen (like in the summer and/or over the holidays) is important so that players know to return.

And that has me thinking of how to follow up my event Duck Season. I feel like a got a good number of things with the event right, as well as learned that I knew even less than I thought I did, and I'd love to work with the community to polish the concept and follow it up at some point.

I would love your feedback for how a season 2 would work.

Here are some brainstormed ideas:
Player built and chosen levels, maybe choosing the levels could be an event of it's own and get players building more levels.
Duck season versions of the levels so that we can patch some issues with older levels for the event that would be on an event profile.
Better defined rules about glitches and cuts.
Rules chosen by the community

Some questions:
What rules would you change or add?
How would you adjust the structure? Did you like the 3 week structure?
How many levels should be included in the event? Was 30 a bad number?
Is there a better way to time speed runs than the ingame timer? Can a better timer be implemented into the game?
What types of levels would you want to see in the event? A wide variety? Levels designed for speed running? Casual classic levels? New levels designed for the event? Frusts? Rng? Levels where skips and glitches are specifically allowed? Hats allowed?
What stat distribution rules should there be?
What rewards should be up for grabs? How was the prize structure for duck season?
When should the next event of this size be?
How were the duck time challanges? Too easy? Inconsistent?
What levels were fun to run? What levels did you dread having to speedrun? Why?
