  LOSING WEIGHT! ?
Posted by: Different - 11th April 2023, 5:04 AM - Forum: Discussion Hall - Replies (8)

Are you OVERWEIGHT, struggling to lose it, looking at yourself in the mirror everyday thinking 'why can't I keep this weight off me?', or are you in shape? That's the million dollar question that should ring a bell in your minds right now. I can tell you right now, it's because we eat things that we shouldn't eat - like desserts, fast food, drinking beer, drinking sodas... all this nasty ass garbage that we chug down our systems without a care in the world is giving us poor results, especially Americans.

There's nothing wrong with cheat days, just as long as you're staying in shape. If you're MORBIDLY OBESE, then cheat days should be off limits for you. A lot of people don't give a shit about what they're doing to their health in the long run, and they end up like THIS GUY at 1400 pounds! The reason people get this fat is because they're able to find suckers who feed their poor eating habits all the time turning them into SLOTHFUL creatures!

You know you're supposed to be eating a healthy diet, hitting the gym everyday burning calories, getting a personal trainer, or whatever it takes. You're never going to feel good about yourself until you do these things. Being out of shape will eventually make you feel like shit if you're currently struggling with this problem. There's a number of reasons people are OVERWEIGHT. Some people do it because they're traumatized by an unfortunate event, they're depressed, their significant other left them, etc.

When you eat healthy and stay in shape, then you'll start to pull 8's and up, just like THIS GUY who has beautiful women surrounding him. Otherwise you're more than likely going to be depressed, thinking that you're not good enough to go after these type of women. Some fat guys do get beautiful women, but it doesn't last very long because I've heard stories where these women leave those guys because of their weight. So, even though the guy has a fat wallet and a lot of game, his weight still plays a detrimental, negative role in his relationship.

If you're aware of the 600 POUND SHOW, then you're aware of just how MISERABLE these people can be. If you don't get in shape, you could possibly end up like them because eating unhealthy becomes an addiction that effects the brain for the long term. Think about this, gentlemen... is that really what you want? Ladies, same for you. Just knowing that your health will decline over time, and relationships with people who are far more attractive than you could potentially be off the table. That may not be the case for everyone, but most people, yes.

Stay away from fast food restaurants, unless you don't care about your health and would like to end up just like them.

A lot of guys can lose confidence seeking relationships with women who are 8's and up, if they're MORBIDLY OBESE. Same thing goes for women seeking guys whom they find really attractive.

Be more like THIS GUY instead. His story is life changing because his ex-girlfriend dumped him for being "too fat". This is a perfect example of being a "better version" of yourself.

Even this guy decided to improve his mental and physical health, when his high school crush crushed his feelings into a million pieces... ouch!

So, here's my question for you guys: How difficult do you think it is to lose weight?

  Easter Blog
Posted by: Shadow Z - 7th April 2023, 6:24 PM - Forum: Blogs - Replies (1)

Hey lads,

Just had a beer with a friend and we started discussing old games from our childhood. So I explained to him this racing game, called Platform Racing 2, which I rated so highly in the past. Turned out he used to play it as well when he was a kid. Who would have thought. We had a very nostalgic time speaking about our great memories from this game. Was a very wholesome moment which I never would have expected before the night started.

So,

I just had to log in here to tell y’all. Been a few years since the last time I visited. And might be a few more until next time.

But I hope every single one of you are doing great things in life.

Happy Easter

  DIFFICULT! - MUST READ! ☠️
Posted by: Different - 27th March 2023, 5:06 PM - Forum: Discussion Hall - Replies (5)

This word can be rather intimidating to a lot of people, especially if you're trying to achieve a short or long-term goal. Man, everybody has encountered something that can be SUPER DIFFICULT to deal with. Whether it's trying to lose weight, pay off debts, fix major car problems, deal with bad relationships, health problems, PAIN, people, etc. Whatever you can think of, it's been done before. But, the last thing that we want to hear is that we have to start all over again because we were doing something wrong. Damn, why is this so DIFFICULT? ⚠️

If you're currently struggling with something, then the most significant thing to do is to reevaluate the situation by paying attention to the outcomes that you're getting from that situation. If it's something that you can't cooperate with, then push it aside and figure out what the issue is. When we were kids, we used to be comfortable riding a bike with training wheels.

But, when time comes to take those training wheels off and ride a real bike, we FAIL and FALL off our asses all the time. Sure, it's DIFFICULT at first and you feel like giving up, but you're one step closer to finally being able to do it, every time. You see, everybody who's dealt with DIFFICULT things has always looked for a shortcut or the easiest way out to avoid embarrassment and squandering a tremendous amount of time doing something. But, unfortunately some things takes years to achieve, and it's ridiculous.

There are at least 5 levels of DIFFICULTY that God has placed in front of us for everything that we do in the real world. Easy, Normal, HARD, VERY HARD, & INSANE! But, just sometimes there are extensions towards how difficult and easy things can get. The above example displays 9 of them that ranks from the soft, underground easy to the legendary HARD: Heaven, Comfortable, VERY EASY, Easy, Normal, HARD, VERY HARD, INSANE, & NIGHTMARE.

The HIGHER the DIFFICULTY, the bigger the rewards are. If something is too easy, then I can promise you that you're not going to want to do it forever. You're going to want challenges placed in front of you... maybe not for everything, but some things. The good news is that there will be things that you're really talented at, based on your God given talent. Then the bad news is that there will be things that you're really awful at. It's like the yin-yang effect.

I'll give you an example from my perspective. I can't draw, ok? I'm having a DIFFICULT time drawing artwork for Pr2 in illustrator. I can come up with creative ideas, but drawing them is a NIGHTMARE for me, hence why I reach out to experts who know how to do this stuff (you know who you are). This is also why I placed a delay on my creative ideas because I have to draw them.

When we see that we're achieving outcomes that are authentic on a really HIGH level, then that motivates us to keep going. But, for some of you guys, I know that when you don't see that anytime soon, you're ready to give up all of a sudden. If you do think about coming to that decision, consider this famous quote, first: “Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.” - author G. Michael Hopf.

Sometimes, we bring HARD times upon ourselves and it's ridiculous when it doesn't have to be. For example, you know you're supposed to go on a diet, yet you eat desserts with 1,000 calories like the picture above. Overtime, if this starts to become an addiction, then this will lead to obesity, cavities, and mental problems.

So, what is the most DIFFICULT thing that you have ever done in your entire life? Did you ever get the work done? How did that make you feel? The poll is just a list of common things that people deal with, everyday. If you have something different, please share it with us!

  What's up?

For many of you it's been a while. It's good to see that PR2 is still running as strong as I could have hoped for after all of these years. I might be around a bit more because I've been dabbling in the game again.

Not a huge life update but things have been going really well for me this year with a new job and what not. I met some friends irl who I've made from PR2 not long ago, and that turned out to be one of my favorite vacations.

  DISCIPLINE! ???⚠️
Posted by: Different - 22nd March 2023, 3:40 PM - Forum: Discussion Hall - Replies (75)

For those of you who were thinking that I'm talking about being DISCIPLINED to accomplish goals, then you're dead wrong. I'm talking about the kind of DISCIPLINE that you may or may not have received during childhood, when you were under 13. When your parents say, "just wait until we get home!"... you already know what time it is. You're gonna be RED & SORE for a week! Some parents go as far as using frying pans and extension cords, but that constitutes as child abuse, which is completely inexcusable.

Depending on how you were raised, you understood the terminology and trigger words that they used to clarify that you're getting an ASS WHOOPIN'. Whether it was the board of education, a belt, a switch, or whatever terminology they used... that shit really hurts, man. Some of you just received timeouts as a kid; you're one of the lucky ones because they let you off the hook, easy.

On the other hand, there were those (like myself) who grew up in the 90s-00s, and had parents that believed in ASS WHOOPINS', and let me tell you guys... it was not a fun time. I was glad to grow up and be done with that shit. Whenever the teacher called your parents from school and told them that you were acting out in class, or you got expelled, you knew you were in for a rough ride from mom or dad when you got home ?

If your parents are believers in DISCIPLINING children, then it's because they've received them themselves, and they were taught to do the same to you, should you act out. You know you've ****ed up whenever they tell you to go wait in your room (in an ANGRY tone of voice) and you hear that belt buckle rattling. You either made up a lie and said "it wasn't my fault" (if you have siblings), said some curse words that landed you in HOT water, or you tried to run away and hide from responsibilities that they gave you. At the end of it all, your methods were going to fail, eventually, and you'd still get your ASS BEAT.

I think the Generation Xers, Baby Boomers, and Silent Generations called it "lighting FIRE? to your ASS!"

Whether it was a strike to the palm of the hands with a ruler, a shoe to the ass, a HARD slap to the face, or whatever the case may be, it was their HARD dose of medicine to teach you right from wrong. Now of course, not everyone here is going to agree with this for different reasons, and that's fine. Everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion. How would you recommend DISCIPLINE to a child who disobeys authority?... talk to them, put them in timeout, take away their privileges? - they're probably just going to act out again because these forms of punishment are very light in comparison to corporal punishment, based off of my experience.

I don't agree or disagree with corporal punishment; I'm just stating the facts, based on what I've seen from the STATISTICS.

Reasoning with them to get out of an ASS WHOOPIN' would probably work 1/10 times because they were already irritated with you to begin with, and they've given you multiple chances to get your shit together, but you've failed all of them. Worse case scenario is that you start using fake tears to get out of that situation, only to make things worse.

Before 1977, there was no issue with teachers DISCIPLINING students for bad behavior. Nowadays, we're experiencing a different generation of people who call it "making the child retarded", or preventing he or she from "being successful" in life. After the Ingraham v. Wright court case, they've decided that schools giving students corporal punishment is highly admissible, and does not violate the eighth amendment. They've also attempted to argue whether students should receive corporal punishment in schools or not.

Even though it's banned in 31 states (thanks to that court case), it's still allowed in 19 states of America. Back then, you were labeled as someone who is a recalcitrant person. Nowadays, psychologists argue against this and say that you're making your child more aggressive, retarded, and delayed in school.

Whether you agree or disagree with children getting DISCIPLINED by their parents or even schools, I'd love for you to share your thoughts or even past experiences based on how your parents DISCIPLINED you as a kid.

Name Colours are incorrect in PMs (Note I've used the default user tags like when you PM someone a level and in those PMs it's the same)

I can't test with Mod, Temp Mod, or Trial Mod as I don't think any user is currently in any of those groups

  Bigger Minimap with Colours
Posted by: Camer the Dragon - 21st March 2023, 8:01 AM - Forum: PR2 Suggestions - No Replies

This suggestion has 2 parts:

Bigger Minimap:
The minimap would be drawn at a larger scale to make it look better on fullscreen

Minimap Colours:
Each block would show as a different colour on the minimap, like it does in PR3. NOTE this option you'd have to enable, so as not to break older levels such as quizzes which rely on you not knowing what the block at the bottom is on your first playthrough
