Looks fake.

Given how the giant face is being lit up by the moonlight, it is probably about as far away from Earth as the Moon is. And since it is way larger than the Moon, people would have discovered it centuries ago and its gravitational pull would have caused the Moon to impact into it.

So the fact that the Moon isn't shattered into millions of pieces proves that it's fake. Such a thing could not possibly exist.

Also, since it is being lit by the Moon, and the Moon is being lit by the Sun, I would expect the other half of the face to be lit by the Sun as well, but it isn't. So that's another reason why it's fake.

Interesting theory. So if it is fake, (and I'm not saying that it is or isn't) how do you think they pulled this one off? Because I've never seen anything like this before. I wish I knew more information about it as to how they did it, how far away from the Earth it is, and what it's made out of. After reading the YouTube comments section, it is strange to me how people didn't freak out over this stuff.

People have been making convincing looking fake videos since the 90s, like that alien autopsy one. Especially with how advanced AI is getting nowadays, it's going to get harder and harder to determine what is real or not. It's actually kind of unsettling since video was often used as evidence in important court cases.
