but if you ARE able to, you go to user control panel, then edit profile and theres a box called custom user title where you can change it (i dont think theres a time limit for changing them?)

I'm pretty sure all you have to do is make a thread in Welcoming Gates.

Then a mod (bls) has to accept it and you instantly become member.
