I tend to not make any New Years Resolutions anymore because I can never keep them, sadly. I always end up procrastinating which is something that I need to stop doing. If anything, I do need to eat healthier and put on some weight. For a man my height (6”2-6”3), I should at least be 215lbs.
What’s going on with your knees? I can pm you a link to a powder nutrition that’ll help with bones and joints, if you’d like? A doctor (who used to be a chiropractor) told me about this. Plus I can send you a word document to his protocol about this stuff. It’s really useful. I’m in the process of taking advantage of it, myself.

I think last year might have been losing some extra weight (not sure we did one of these threads), and this year will be to gain weight. I was ~170 lb (77 kg) at the start, and cut to ~150 lb (68 kg). Good thing is I have been doing more running and organized sports (barring my knees cooperate), which helped with the cut and made my health "numbers" better. Bad thing is I am completely weak. The overall goal is to keep up with both the cardio and strength training at the same time, instead of yo-yoing between the two. For a an absolute number (really going to go by overall feel), split the difference and get to 160 lb (72.6 kg).
