This seems self-explanatory, it's basically the opposite of the vanish block. Normally, vanish blocks don't collide until they're fully visible. Appear blocks would do the same so you could walk through them but once they're fully visible you can't walk through them again. They would be orange vanish blocks in general.

Nice! I also saw you put a block that shoots projectiles, coincidentally apart from the appear block, I did make a block enemy in PR4 fanmade aswell.
