It's a bit too low I think as it's possible to trigger the kick manually.

It's not the problem of entering and leaving a level per se, it's just that you can't earn exp in less than 2 seconds or PR2 thinks you're botting.

If you're attempting to play PR2 this fast legitimately without trying to trigger this error, you're not doing it right.
