Got any summer plans?

When you already own an item, it won't show discounts to the item
(unsure if this is actually a bug or intended since discounts are pointless when you own an item anyway)

Simple concept, a toggle that randomizes your pr2 parts each map/race you enter.

You're probably thinking... why would you want to do that? - Well, random parts are amazing, and saving the effort of the extra click between entering each race would be amazing!
